Third-Party Services We Use

To operate this site, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers, each of which processes a limited slice of your data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — stores your account and sample request data, and handles account login.
  • Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact/sample form submissions.
  • Resend — delivers transactional emails (inquiry notifications, account confirmations).
  • Calendly — powers our consultation booking calendar.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.

Cookies and Local Storage

Our login system uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. Our booking calendar (Calendly) may set its own cookies when embedded on our appointments page; see Calendly's own cookie notice for details.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This sets analytics cookies, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. We do not use advertising or ad-retargeting cookies.
