Description of Service

VD Textile Studio operates a fabric discovery platform for womenswear brands, boutiques and custom development, including a fabric archive, sample request system, appointment booking, and a Design Studio account portal.

Account Registration

To use certain features (sample requests, project uploads, order history) you must create an account with accurate, current information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Sample Requests and Product Information

Fabric descriptions, weights, compositions and lead times on this Site are provided for reference and are subject to change. Submitting a sample request does not constitute a binding order; it initiates a conversation with our team about availability, pricing and minimum order quantities.

Intellectual Property

  • All fabric photography, archive content and site design are the property of VD Textile Studio unless otherwise noted.
  • Artwork or designs you upload through the Design Studio remain your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to view and process that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project or sample request.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the Site's normal operation.

Appointments and Consultations

Consultations booked through our scheduling calendar are subject to availability. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that fabric availability, pricing, or lead times shown will be error-free or current at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VD Textile Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
